Sentencing is coming Wednesday in a Lyon County aggravated child endangerment case.
Ethan Nowell was originally facing numerous counts after an alleged incident in late June, including single counts of aggravated child endangerment, aggravated battery, battery, criminal threat, criminal restraint and marijuana, methamphetamine and paraphernalia possession. Shortly before trial was supposed to begin in October, Nowell pleaded no contest to aggravated child endangerment, attempted aggravated domestic battery and meth possession. The remaining counts were dismissed.
Sentencing is at 11 am.
