The Emporia High basketball teams are set to begin a four-game homestand Thursday night.
Emporia High will start its homestand with the Paul Terry Classic to be played at White Auditorium. Both teams are 1-0 after wins over Ottawa on Friday.
The Lady Spartans open up with Wichita Trinity. Trinity is 0-1 and lost to Garden Plain, 54-38, in its season opener.

The Spartans open up with Spring Hill. The Broncos are 0-1 after a 38-23 loss to Eudora in their season opener.

Tip off is set for 6:30 p.m. for the girls game against Trinity. The boys game against Spring Hill is set for 8:15 p.m. You can listen to both games on 14 KVOE-AM/96.9FM with coverage beginning at 6:10 p.m. Other games happening on day one of the Paul Terry Classic. At 3 p.m., the Spring Hill girls will take on Hayden. At 4:45 p.m., the Hayden boys will take on Trinity.
