The Emporia Granada Theatre’s 2022 concert season concluded with a festive holiday performance Sunday.
The Emporia Municipal Band presented its annual Christmas concert to the Emporia community. The afternoon’s selections included different festive arrangements from around the world as well as some of the holiday classics including Jingle Bells, Sleigh Ride and Here Comes Santa Claus just to name a few.
The concert was free to attend, however, free-will donations were accepted to benefit the Friends of the City Band.
Sunday’s concert also culminated the band’s 80th year of existence.
