The Kansas City Royals finalized their coaching staff with two hirings announced Friday.
The Royals named Zach Bove as their Director of Major League Pitching Strategy and assistant pitching coach. Mitch Stetter was promoted to bullpen coach.
Bove joins the Royals from the Minnesota Twins.
Stetter has been with the Royals for the past eight years and was most recently the Manager of Pitching Performance from 2020 to 2022.
