The Emporia State basketball teams play their first games of 2023 Monday night when they play at Central Oklahoma.
The men’s game will be a match-up of ranked teams. Central Men are 12-1 for the season and ranked number 9. Emporia State is ranked #20 and is 10-2.
Emporia State Coach Craig Doty says they like the match-up with the Bronchos.
The Emporia State women will be looking to bounce back from Saturday’s loss at Newman.
Coach Toby Wynn says it will come down once again to being able to make outside shots.
Game times are 5:30 for the women and 7:30 for the men.
Both games will be broadcast on MIX 104.9.
