A Lyon County rape case moves to the preliminary hearing stage Wednesday.
Gerald Travis Todd is set to appear in court at 9 am before Judge Doug Jones.
Todd faces two counts of rape and four counts of aggravated criminal sodomy after an alleged incident in late August. All six counts say the alleged victim was incapable of giving consent due to the effects of alcohol, narcotics, drugs or other unspecified substances.
