There’s a decent chance of precipitation across the entire KVOE listening area for Wednesday night into early Thursday.
Light rain should begin late Wednesday night and then transition to snowfall well before sunrise. Totals will not be impressive. In fact, the National Weather Service expects 0.10 inches of a total rain-snow accumulation, with up to half an inch of snow as part of that amount.
Given the changeover to snow and temperatures in the upper 20s early Thursday, there could be slick travel conditions for the morning drive. Those conditions should not last long with Thursday’s high temperature set to reach 40 degrees.
We’ll have updates on KVOE, KVOE.com and KVOE social media.
