The Emporia High wrestling teams competed in a double dual with Topeka-Seaman and Paola Wednesday night.
The Lady Spartans won their dual over the Lady Vikings, 48-36. Emporia High won eight of the 14 matches.
The Lady Spartans won their dual with Paola 57-24.
The Spartans fell to the Vikings 51-27. Emporia High won five of the 14 matches against the Vikings.
No scores were reported for the boys’ match against Paola.
The Lady Spartans wrestle in the Newton Tournament of Champions on Thursday. The Spartans wrestle in the Newton Tournament of Champions beginning on Friday.
