Several infrastructure matters are ahead for Lyon County commissioners with their weekly action session Thursday.
Commissioners could open bids for building controls at the Law Enforcement Center. Separately, they could approve a better than $113,000 quote from APAC-Kansas Shears Division for paving part of Road 70 east of Olpe, including at least one bridge near the town. There is also a better than $35,000 quote from Foley Equipment for an asphalt planer that is up for possible action.
In other business, commissioners could transfer almost $67,000 from the general fund to the tort liability fund. Two executive sessions are planned, one for non-elected personnel and the other for legal items.
The meeting starts at 9 am Thursday at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
