A man accused of being a fugitive from California has a hearing in Lyon County District Court on Thursday.
Charles Steward Pettway is accused of avoiding a felony obstruction warrant issued this past July by Sonoma County. The Kansas Highway Patrol arrested Pettway in mid-November.
An extradition hearing is set for 1:30 pm before Judge Doug Jones.
