Court hearings are pending in the case a man accused in Lyon County District Court this week of sexually exploiting one teenager.
Chad H Pretzer, age 31 of Emporia, was charged Wednesday with three counts of sexual exploitation. One of the counts accuses Pretzer of engaging in sexually explicit behavior with a 16-year-old person this past weekend. The other two cases accuse Pretzer of possessing unspecified illegal media.
Pretzer has prior convictions for conspiracy to commit theft and possession of stolen property as part of separate cases in Chase County and a theft conviction in Butler County. A burglary and theft case in Butler County is in the early stages.
