The Emporia State womens tennis team won their season opener defeating Bethel 6-1 Tuesday.
They won all 3 doubles matches to earn the doubles point.
And won 5 of the 6 singles matches. Winning at 1-5 singles.
The Lady Hornets will go to Springfield, Missouri for matches against Harding and Drury Saturday and Sunday.
The Emporia State men open their season today with a duel against Bethel.
