Formal charges have been filed after a chase that allegedly started near Lebo and ended on the north side of Thorndale.
Arther Randel Dobbins has been charged with flee and elude, reckless driving and several traffic offenses after Saturday’s allegedly incident. The Kansas Highway Patrol says Dobbins allegedly led a chase on his motorcycle at speeds above 100 mph before he allegedly left his motorcycle and suffered minor injuries. Dobbins was arrested as soon as he was medically cleared from Newman Regional Health.
Dobbins has a hearing at 9 am Wednesday in Burlington.
