The Madison girls and Chase County Boys were winners last night.
Madison won the girls’ game 56-44.
Madison Coach Bill Nienstedt was happy to get the win but felt they could have had a better start.
Yolaine Luthi led Madison with 19 points, and Jalynn Weakley added 16.
Chase County was led by Madelyn Wilson with 30 points.
Chase County won the boys’ game 54-52.
Chase County Coach Cade Witte was pleased with the way his team bounced back in the 2nd half after trailing 25-18 at halftime.
Tag Groh and Pax Vogel led Chase County with 16 points each.
Bryson Turner led Madison with 20 points, Gavin Isch finished with 18 points and Colton Isch added 10 points.
