The Emporia State softball team will be hosting the ESU Classic beginning Saturday.
Emporia State opens against Sioux Falls at 2:30 pm at the Trusler Sports Complex.
They will also play Winona State at 4:45 pm.
The Lady Hornets take a 5-1 record into the tournament.
Junior 3rd baseman Ari Cordova was named the MIAA hitter of the week and hopes to build off of last weekend’s play.
Emporia State will play Minnesota State and Oklahoma Baptist on Sunday and face Concordia St. Paul and Missouri St. Louis on Monday.
