The Emporia State baseball team was swept by Augustana in a doubleheader Saturday.
Augustana won the first game 12-6. They scored 7 of the runs in the 3rd inning.
Quinton Carlberg hit two home runs for Emporia State a 2 run home run in the 3rd inning and a solo home run in the 5th. \
Augustana won the 2nd game 12-3. Andrew Rantz hit a 3-run home run in the 3rd inning for the lone Emporia State runs.
The Hornets and Augustana will play a doubleheader this afternoon at Rock Creek High School.
