Hopkins Manufacturing has announced a new line of equipment to reduce towing-related electrical issues.
The Endurance Replacement Ground Kits are designed to be rust-proof, using rubber seals, encapsulated stainless steel washers and serrated edge washers to keep moisture out — a concern because rusty or broken grounds can cause a range of electrical issues, including failed lights, wrong blinking lights or flickering lights.
The new products are available in four different wire gauge sizes from 12 AWG to 18 AWG.
Hopkins has been based in Emporia since 1953 and says it is the top seller of towing electrical products, snow and ice tools, vehicle cleaning products and fluid management tools in North America.
