All six Spartan Wrestlers remain in contention for a state medal.
Xerarch Tungjaroenkul (150 lbs) advanced to the championship finals after victories over Xavier Harmon of Lansing, David Sample of Goddard and Kade Smith of Hutchinson. He will face Clayton Bowers of Maize for the 150 lbs state title.
Lukas Hainline (138 lbs), Christian Trujillo (157 lbs), Davian White (165 lbs), Jesse Ultreras (175 lbs), and Josiah Bradley (285 lbs) were 1-1 on day one and will wrestle in the second round of consolation matches to begin day two Saturday morning. All matches can be heard on KVOE 1400 AM and 96.9 FM.
Matches begin at 9 am inside of Hartman Arena in Park City.
