The application window for the 10th annual Emporia Community Foundation Match Day opens Wednesday.
During KVOE’s Newsmaker segment Tuesday, ECF Executive Director Becky Nurnberg reminded hopeful applicants there are some requirements to be eligible for the event.
Over the past nine years, Match Day has raised more than $2.3 million in funds for 48 organizations in the greater Emporia area. This includes over $501,000 last year.
Applications are available online at Emporiacf.org or at the community foundation office at 527 Commercial Street Suite B. Applications are due by 5 pm Friday, Mar. 31.
The 2023 Match Day will take place at the ECF office Nov. 13. This year’s chosen organizations will be announced May 11th.
