(k-state) Kansas State celebrated Senior night with an 85-69 win over Oklahoma Wednesday night.
Senior Keyontae Johnson scored 16 points. Senior Desi Sills flirted with a triple-double in his final home game with 15 points, a game-high 9 rebounds, and 8 assists. Senior Markquis Nowell collected his 15th career double-double, including his 10th at K-State and his seventh this season, with 11 points and game-high 10 assists.
Nae’Quan Tomlin led Kansas State in scoring with 19 points.
The Wildcats close out the regular season Saturday at West Virginia.
Also Wednesday night in the Big 12 TCU defeated Texas 75-73.
Kansas has clinched the Big 12 regular season championship outright. The title is KU’s 21st Big 12 regular season championship and an NCAA record 64th all-time.
They will be the number 1 seed in next week’s Big 12 tournament. They will play at 2 pm Thursday against the 8th or 9th seed.
