West Virginia outscored Kansas State 89-81 Saturday.
West Virginia held a 2-point lead at halftime 39-37. They would outscore the Wildcats 50-44 in the 2nd half.
Kansas State was led by Keyontae Johnson and Markquis Nowell who both scored 24 points. Cam Carter added 13 points.
The Wildcats will be the number 3 seed at the Big 12 tournament and will play TCU Thursday in the 8:30 pm game.
