One man facing accusations of rape is set for his next hearing in Lyon County District Court this week.
Jovani Sotelo has a hearing at 9 am Wednesday before Judge Lee Fowler. The hearing could well be continued.
Sotelo is charged with two counts of rape and one of aggravated criminal sodomy after an alleged incident in early January. Alternate charges with each count indicate the same crime — with criminal activity done with a victim who could not give consent due to alcohol or drugs.
