It’s Oscars weekend, and if you want to see who is up for some awards before Sunday night’s TV show, you have a chance to do so in downtown Emporia on Saturday.
No Coast Film Fest is screening all the Oscar-nominated short films at the Emporia Granada Theatre. Animation nominees make up one block from 10:30 am to noon, followed by live-action nominees from 2-4 pm.
Admission is $5 at the door for adults and free for children ages 10 and under.
The 95th Academy Awards will take place at 7 pm Sunday on ABC.
