The High School basketball season wrapped up Saturday with State Champions being crowned.
The Lebo girls were outscored by Hanover in the 1A Division II State tournament Championship game 59-34.
Lebo Coach Patrick Gardner said they lost to a very good team.
Lebo was led in scoring by Brooklyn Jones who finished with 16 points. Audrey Peek added 13 points.
The Lebo girls finish the season 25-1.
The Lebo boys were outscored by Greeley County 49-43 in the 1A Division II Championship game.
The game featured 8 lead changes and 5 ties. Greeley County took the lead for good with 2:41 to play in the game.
Lebo Coach Dennis Becker was pleased with his team’s effort.
Zachary Oswald led Lebo with 13 points and 15 rebounds. Grayson Shoemaker added 11 points. The Lebo boys finish the season 18-8.
The Olpe boys were outscored by South Gray 80-77 in double-overtime in the 3rd place game at the 1A Division I state tournament. Olpe finished the season with a 22-4 record.
Olpe Coach Chris Schmidt still called it a good season.

In 5A, the Andover boys defeated Kapaun Mt. Carmel 54-46.
The St. Thomas Aquinas girls outscored Bishop Carroll 62-56.
In 6A, the Blue Valley Northwest boys outscored Wichita Heights 55-50.
Blue Valley North slipped past Washburn Rural 35-34.
In 4A, the Hugoton Boys defeated McPherson 67-58.
The Bishop Miege girls were 67-53 winners over McPherson.
In 3A, the Hesston boys defeated Marysville 50-44.
the Goodland girls outscored Cheney 59-37.
In 2A, the Moundridge boys defeated Wichita Independent 66-46
The Berean Academy girls outscored Riverside 48-31.
1A, Division I the Macksville boys defeated Wichita Classical 73-62.
Doniphan West outscored Quinter 55-49.
