Work continues on the South Arundel sanitary sewer project, and street access near the work zone will be shifting by the end of this month.
The city’s contractor will shut down thru-traffic access to the two loops immediately west of South Arundel beginning March 30 and continuing for several weeks.
Ultimately, the city will have a new 48-inch interceptor sewer along an unnamed tributary of the Cottonwood River from Arundel Street to about 1,100 feet west of the project’s initiation point. Construction may take until June, weather permitting.
