A status hearing is coming Wednesday afternoon in a Lyon County sex misconduct case.
Harvey Kent Grandstaff will appear before Judge Lee Fowler for the hearing at 4 pm. Grandstaff is accused of two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct and one for aggravated indecent liberties for incidents allegedly last year and dating back to 2010.
Trial in the case could potentially begin Mar. 27.
