Lyon County Commissioners will convene for their regular action meeting Thursday morning.
During that time commissioners may approve a request from Lyon County Clerk Tammy Vopat to sign a resolution establishing a compensation table for county election workers. Commissioners will also consider a series of requests from Lyon County Engineer Chip Woods including a change order for NF Construction for the Lyon County New Shop Building totaling $2,662.00.
An estimated quote of $9,648.85 from Kansas Gas Service for the relocation of their utilities will also be considered. Commissioners will then hold an executive session with Woods for real property acquisition.
Lyon County Counselor Molly Priest will review abstracting bids for the county tax sale and planning and zoning administrator Sam Seeley will submit an application requesting an agriculture conditional use permit for vehicle sales and storage. Seeley will also discuss a proposed resolution regarding issuing addresses.
Two executive sessions are also on the agenda. The meeting begins at 9 am inside of the Lyon County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
