The USD 386 Madison Virgil Board of Education will convene for a special meeting Friday night.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 pm inside of the board meeting room at Madison High School. The only item on the agenda is an executive session for personnel matters.
The board is currently looking for a new elementary school principal after Steve Jowers announced he was taking the superintendent role at USD 448 Inman. The board recently appointed Tammy Baird to take over as the new superintendent in July.
