The tenth annual SOS Hope-A-Palooza this Friday is officially sold out.
SOS Director Connie Cahoone made the announcement during a recent appearance on KVOE’s Morning Show Tuesday.
The theme for this year’s event is “Hope Under the Big Top” and attendees are encouraged to dress for the theme. The evening will begin at 5:30 pm and run until 10 pm at the Bowyer Community Building.
The annual fundraiser comes as the agency is still in need of CASA volunteers. CASA volunteers are local residents who give their time to advocate for children currently in the foster care system.
Cahoone says the agency needs between 20-25 volunteers to help keep up with the need for their services within the local community.
