Easter egg hunts aren’t just for the kids!
This Saturday at Peter Pan Park, adults are encouraged to bring a flashlight and start searching, as the Emporia State Choir’s easter egg hunt fundraiser returns for another year. Josh Donaldson, Emporia State Director of Choral Activities, says that this year the hunt is larger than ever.
Presale tickets are available for $5 until Friday or for $7 at the event. All ticket sales go towards helping fund the choir’s upcoming trip to D.C.
Donaldson says that these travel opportunities allow the students to learn more about different people, and therefore grow as performers.
The hunt will kick off at 8:30 p.m. at the gazebo. To reserve tickets in advance, visit the ESU Choir’s social media, or go to emporia.link/nighthunt.
