A member of the Emporia State women’s basketball team has entered the transfer portal.
Freshman Audrey Beaty from Aubrey, Texas has announced via Twitter that she was entering the transfer portal. She played in 28 games and started 9 games, averaging 3 points and 3 rebounds per game.
Emporia State is still searching for the next head women’s basketball coach after Toby Wynn stepped down after this past season.
A Kansas Jayhawk and a Kansas State Wildcat have announced their intentions to enter the transfer portal.
Kansas’ MJ Rice confirmed with Phog.net that he’ll be transferring from the University of Kansas.
Rice spent one season at KU averaging 2.2 points and a rebound per contest.
Rice will have three years of eligibility left.
Rice joins Joseph Yesufu, Bobby Pettiford, Zach Clemence, and Cam Martin who have also put their names in the transfer portal.
Kansas State’s Ish Massoud announced Wednesday on Twitter that he’s entering the transfer portal. He’ll have one year of eligibility left.
