The Kansas womens basketball team won the WNIT Championship game outscoring Columbia 66-59 Saturday.
Kansas used an 18-3 run to close out the 3rd quarter to take a lead they did not give up.
Kansas Coach Brandon Schneider said he was proud of the way they dealt with the postseason.
Tiayanna Jackson led Kansas to the win scoring 17 points and grabbing 21 rebounds.
The Kansas women finish the season with a 25-12 record.
