A first appearance is set for Tuesday in a Lyon County drug distribution case.
Franklin Preston Burch faces one count of distributing up to 450 grams of marijuana and one count of possessing paraphernalia after an alleged incident March 16.
The hearing is at 12:45 pm before Judge Doug Jones.
