The Kansas City Royals opened a 4 game series with Toronto with their first win of the season Monday night.

The Royals scored 3 runs in the 1st inning, Bobby Witt Jr, Kyle Isbel, and Hunter Dozier drove in the runs.
The Royals added 4 runs in the 4th. Nicky Lopez tripled to drive in 2 runs. Vinnie Pasquantino doubled and Bobby Witt Jr singled to drive in runs.
MJ Melendez hit a 2 run home run in the 6th inning. Brady Singer was the winning pitcher.
Royals Manager Matt Quatraro picked up his first win and said they were focused.
