Payments, money transfers and other financial matters will lead the Lyon County Commission’s weekly action meeting Thursday.
Commissioners will consider a $12,000 quote from ValuNet FIBER for what’s listed as the “software assurance” for the phone system. They will also consider a better than $460,000 transfer to adjust the benefit account for an unbudgeted 14-percent cost increase.
Separately, Human Resources Director Janice Huffman will present reports on the county’s longevity pay policy. An entrance application in the 2600 block of Road F and a short-term closure for part of Olpe’s Iowa Street to accommodate an auction of Saint Joseph School contents on April 15 will also be discussed.
The meeting starts at 9 am Thursday in the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
