A preliminary hearing is coming Monday for an individual accused of trafficking contraband inside of Lyon County District Court
Sha’Dale N’Jau is accused of trafficking contraband into a correctional facility back in February. N’Jau will appear before Judge Doug Jones.
The hearing is set for 2 pm.
Separately, a preliminary hearing is also scheduled for Monday for an individual facing a variety of criminal charges. Norwin Alexis Matey-Matey has been charged with single counts of possession of an opiate, narcotic or stimulant, trafficking of contraband into a correctional facility, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
The charges all stem from an alleged incident in late March. Matey-Matey will appear at 3 pm before Judge Doug Jones.
