Emporia High wrestler Xerarch Tungjaroenkul is a top 10 finalist for the Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association Lyle Nevil Award of Excellence.
The Award goes to a Top Senior High School Wrestler in Kansas and Acknowledges athletic excellence based on individual State Championship performances over 4 years in High School. The winner also receives a $1000 scholarship.
Xerarch is a 2-time state champion and a 4-time state placer. He placed 3rd as a freshman and 6th as a sophomore.
