The Atlanta Braves outscored the Kansas City Royals 9-3 Saturday.
The two teams waited out a 2 and half hour weather delay to start the game.
Both teams scored a run in the 1st inning. Salvador Perez doubled to drive in a run.
Kyle Isbel doubled in the 5th inning to drive in a run.
And Jackie Bradley Jr doubled to drive in a run in the 6th inning.
It was not enough to overcome Atlantas’ 3 run third inning and 4 run 8th inning.
The Royals and the Braves wrap up their 3 game series Sunday afternoon.
Zack Greinke will be the starting pitcher for the Royals.
The first pitch is set for 1:10 pm.
The game will be broadcast on KVOE beginning at 12:30 pm.
