The Lyon County Board of Zoning Appeals and the Emporia-Lyon County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission have back-to-back meetings Tuesday evening.
The Board of Zoning Appeals meets first with a sign variance request at 708 Commercial to consider.
For the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, the only point of business is ongoing discussions about proposed new zoning regulations.
Both meetings will be at the Municipal Court Room. The BZA meeting is first, with the Planning Commission meeting immediately following.
