The Texas Rangers shut out the Kansas City Royals 4-0 Monday night.
The Rangers scored 3 runs in the 1st inning on a 3 run home run by Josh Jung. Marcus Semien added a solo home run in the 3rd inning.
The Royals were shut out on 1 hit, a Matt Duffy single in the 5th inning.
The Royals and Rangers play again tonight. Brad Keller will be the starting pitcher for the Royals with the first pitch set for 6:40 pm.
