Lyon County commissioners have their weekly action meeting Thursday, which will consist largely of funding, grant signage and purchase items.
Commissioners could well approve a nearly $58,000 agreement with Community Solutions to provide quality assurance and training to Community Corrections staff. The funds for this agreement would come from grant funding through the Kansas Department of Corrections and also currently-unspecified agency reimbursements.
Community Corrections Director Steve Willis will also present several fiscal 2024 forms for commission approval.
Meanwhile, commissioners could approve a nearly $31,000 quote from Frank Blak Pipe & Supply for several diameters of used casing. Four executive sessions, including one for contract negotiations, are also planned.
The meeting is at 9 am Thursday at the County Courthouse Commission Chambers.
