A detention hearing is set for Tuesday afternoon as court proceedings continue in an aggravated assault case that led to lockdowns at several Emporia schools and Flint Hills Technical College.
The hearing is at 2 pm for Arlo Feuillerat, who was charged after allegedly bringing a BB gun to Emporia High School on March 29. Authorities say the resulting search triggered lockdowns at the high school, as well as Emporia Middle School, USD 253 Transitions, Village Elementary and Flint Hills Technical College.
Tuesay’s hearing could well revolve around Feuillerat’s housing arrangements, discussed at a hearing April 11, and other pretrial matters.
