Court proceedings are set to begin Tuesday in a Lyon County drug distribution case.
Agustin Vargas is charged with distributing up to 450 grams of marijuana, as well as possessing drug paraphernalia and hosting minors consuming alcohol after an alleged incident early this month.
Vargas’ first appearance is at 12:45 pm Tuesday.
