A preliminary hearing is coming next month in a Lyon County drug distribution case.
Agustin Vargas has been charged with single counts of marijuana distribution, paraphernalia possession and hosting minors consuming alcohol. This follows an alleged incident April 2.
Vargas is accused of distributing up to 450 grams of pot. His next hearing is at 10:30 am May 10.
