Members of the community will be able to support a good cause while enjoying a delicious breakfast this upcoming Saturday at Corner House.
This is the first breakfast fundraising Corner House is organizing to support their resources for people that are in recovery from substances.
Corner House Inc. Executive Director Rod Shepherd says the money fundraised will go to support their peer mentor program which is important to help people recover.
Ray Rogers says that the fundraising also is organized by peer mentors to teach people who are in recovery managing skills and support rehabilitation activities.
The Corner House breakfast fundraising will start at 7 a.m. through 1 p.m. Saturday, April 29 at 418 Market Street and the menu includes biscuits and gravy, sausages, hash browns and coffee.
Tickets are $10 all-you-can-eat, $7 just a plate, $5 for kids between 6 to 12 years old and kids under 5 years old eat free.
