Chase County deputies are asking residents to be on the lookout for somebody who may be a missing man from Texas.
The Sheriff’s Office says a truck driver noticed somebody with a strong resemblance to 63-year-old Mark Horner of Longview. Horner is 6-foot, 300 pounds, with brown hair and a gray beard. He walks with a cane. He was last seen wearing a button-up shirt with tie, slacks and glasses. He was also driving a black 2018 Nissan Rogue with the Texas tag RFJ 2817.
The truck driver says the man in question was on US Highway 50 between Emporia and Strong City. He was driving a black Nissan Rogue at the time he was spotted.
