The Kansas City Chiefs wrapped up the 2023 NFL draft by selecting 4 players, all defensive players, Saturday.
In the 4th round, they selected defensive back Chamarri Conner from Virginia Tech.
In the 5th round, they selected defensive end B J Thompson from Stephen F Austin.
In the 6th round, they selected defensive lineman Keondre Coburn from Texas.
In the 7th round, they selected defensive back Nic Jones from Ball State.
Kansas State had two players taken in the 6th round Saturday.
Running back Deuce Vaughn was selected by the Dallas Cowboys. Vaughn’s dad is a scout for the Cowboys.
Defensive back Josh Hayes was selected by Tampa Bay.
Friday defensive back Julius Brents was selected by Indianapolis in the 2nd round.
