A man accused of trafficking contraband into the Lyon County Jail has his first appearance in court Monday.
Lucas Anthony Chase is in court at 1:15 pm before Judge Doug Jones.
Chase faces single counts of trafficking contraband and criminal damage after allegedly having a large piece of glass while in the Detention Center and also damaging a window during an alleged incident April 9.
Chase also has one aggravated assault case underway now, with a preliminary hearing May 18 in a case connected to an alleged incident in March.
