The Emporia High boys tennis team finished fifth at the Centennial League Tournament Monday in Topeka.
Mats Goerres finished fourth in singles with a 2-2 record.
The doubles team of Jacob Simons and Carlos Bautista finished 11th with a 2-1 record.
Up next for the Spartans is regionals in Topeka on Friday.
