Railroad crossing maintenance continues in Lyon County this week.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe has reopened crossings at Roads 220, 240, U and V after work earlier this week. Crossings at Roads 180, 190, 200 and S are now closed until further notice.
In Emporia, the Whildin Street crossing is closed a day earlier than first announced. BNSF was set to close the crossings at 12th and Whildin starting Thursday. Both crossings may be closed for one to three days.
